Stéphane Trouillard launched his career in the 1980s, gaining experience while working alongside Michelin-starred chefs. From traditional cuisine to creative cuisine, prepared with high-quality seasonal products, he then spent several years at La Méditerranée (reknown restaurant at place de l'Odéon, Paris) before arriving on the banks of the Chalet des Iles. Today, he serves inventive dishes prepared with fresh market ingredients and punctuated by exotic flavours.
